Cancellations
- you will receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation
2 weeks before your arrival date. If you cancel less than
2 weeks before your arrival date we will refund this deposit
if we can re-book the room for the nights you cancelled. |

comfort of others there is no smoking in the house, but
the porches are perfect for a smoke. We cannot accommodate
pets. |
